thick rug

This rug is gorgeous! I got it for my entry way, but unfortunately it is too thick and prevents my door from opening. I liked it too much to send it back, so I found another non-doorway location for it.

BUYER...BEWARE!! Colors NOT represented accurately here!

SO disappointed in this!! We were basing our ENTIRE design and colors on this rug! I looked all over the net for reviews on the colors of this rug and found none that said the TRUTH! These colors are NOTHING like what is being represented here!The "aqua/seafoam green, light blue" background is GRAY...only a TINY hint of blue.The golds are TANThe dark rusts are a dark BURGANDYThe dark teals are a dark, GRAYISH-BLUEThe light "sagey" green leaves are actually a light, SMOKEY-BLUEThe dark olive-color leaves are a medium CHOCOLATE BROWN!!Having said THAT...I gave it a 3 star rating, because the actual quality of the rug seems very good. IF you WANT tan, burgundy, brown, and gray-blues tones in your rug, then the rug will be beautiful to you and you will love it. It is also soft and nice to walk on and I have to say, even though we had to change our original design plan completely, we have grown to love the rug and we get tons of compliments on it. The rug looks fabulous with ANY type of wood, as it has oak, walnut, and cherry wood colors in the design.
